19 proteins and 272 images

This website was made to catalogue the Rab protein localization within the secretory cells of the Drosophila melanogaster Accessory Gland and is a continuation studies started in Dunst et al., Endogenously tagged rab proteins: a resource to study membrane trafficking in Drosophila., Developmental Cell 33, 351-365. May 4, 2015 (whose data can be accessed on FlytRab http://rablibrary.mpi-cbg.de/cgi-bin/rab_overview.pl). The work was performed as a collaboration between the lab of Dr. Francois Karch at the University of Geneva, Department of Genetics and Evolution and the labs of Drs. Suzanne Eaton and Marko Brankatschk at the Max Plank Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Dresden. The images presented in this website are summarized and discussed in Prince et al., Cellular architecture and Rab protein distribution in Drosophila melanogaster male accessory glands (submitted) and should be referenced using this manuscript.
